Utopian Values Consulting LLC was founded from a simple observation: organizations often possess the talent, resources, and commitment to succeed, yet still struggle with communication gaps, stakeholder disconnects, workforce inconsistency, and implementation challenges.
Our founder's experience navigating correctional, educational, workforce development, and community-based environments revealed that many of the barriers affecting outcomes are not immediately visible. The people closest to a challenge often hold valuable insight, but organizations do not always have structured ways to identify, understand, and apply that information.
That realization became the foundation of UVC.

Through education, facilitation, mentorship, and public engagement, he works to foster understanding, strengthen relationships, and support collaborative approaches that benefit both institutions and the people they impact.
Ron Deshun
Ron Deshun is an accomplished reentry and recovery-focused speaker with more than 20 years of lived and professional insight. including 10 years of experience developing and leading institutional service dog training programs, he specializes in responsibility, emotional regulation, vocational skill development, and personal accountability. He is committed to helping individuals build the skills, confidence, and resilience needed for successful reintegration and sustained personal growth.
